Junk Son, aka London-based John Dunk, has dropped new track “Fool” – the follow-up to last year’s debut single “True”. It’s a song about the collapse of the relationship, a dark twisting beat with disconcerting ambient vocals.
Junk Son makes distorted pop music, darkness-tinged electronica that’s suited to the night-time. Make a note of the name; you can expect to hear much more from him.
Having previously supported the likes of Maribou State and Ghostpoet, he’s set to perform with labelmates at Dummy Presents: 37 Adventures at Ace Hotel in March.
