22 year old London-based singer/songwriter and producer Laurel Arnell-Cullen has shared wistful new track “Maybe Baby”, lifted from her forthcoming Park EP. Laurel’s music has a beautiful intimacy, with tender vocals and stirring songwriting. “Maybe Baby” has that pop-sheen blended with an earnest folk sensibility, truly the best of both worlds.
Discussing her inspiration behind the track, Laurel said: "Everything in life was feeling too comfortable and content, things were just going a little too well. So I freaked out. I think I am most scared of living an unfulfilled life and that’s what Maybe Baby is about."
Laurel recently announced her first UK headline tour which includes stops in Bristol, Manchester and London.
Park will be released on 18 November via Ninja Tune imprint Counter Records.
